its the first time, i am going to write review of a movie. i decided this after undergoing through several review sessions with my group(these sessions were typical BAKAR)
what we watch in a movie is the superimposition of script and cinematography.and this superimposition prevents us from realizing the script in its real shape.any movie can be analyzed by
keeping these facets in the mind.like, social aspect, cultural aspect, economic aspect.
so, i am starting with the social aspect-
social aspect-movie shows us two contradicting characters. one has belief in the system of family and another hasn't.sid wants to stay with his family, and wanted to enjoy the luxuries
provided by the family. another side miss. banarjee wants to be independent. wants her own money, work of her like.
if two characters are opposite in all sense, this way of presenting any story is called the 'REACTIVE MEASURE OF DEPICTION'.
now review from the angle of socialism Vs capitalism. sid wanted to enjoy his dad's money. no work for him(for bread and butter).he has belief in the term 'capital', that was earned by his father.
so, he represents the capitalist face of the society. miss banerjee wanted to have her own money. she has belief in work and wage. she treats herself like a labor, who has to do the work for her livelihood.
this is the true picture of labor based society i.e. socialist.so this is the 'REACTIVE MEASURE OF DEPICTION'.
